Sustainable Farming

The Helm Family raises grass fed beef cattle In Montague, Texas  on year-round irrigated green pasture. This practice ensures that our cattle are well marbled and rich in Omega-3 fatty acid. These well finished cattle ensure that we achieve  the finest dry-aged grass fed beef.


  • We Dry-Age all our beef for 14 days.


  • We use no antibiotics and no hormones.


Finally, our cattle are always on fresh pasture. We feed no grain or corn. The only other nutrients provided to our cattle are loose minerals, salt and Bermuda grass hay.
